How often can I schedule services?

We offer contracts in 3, 6, and 12 month styles for regular maintenance. Residential and Commercial.

We provide grass cutting, edging, tree trimming, weed whacking, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, rock mulch plant removal and handyman services.

We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle PayPal for payments.

You can schedule services as needed or set up regular maintenance contracts. Weekly, Bi Weekly ,Monthly

Business Hours
Business Hours Of Operation:

B&D Lawn maintenance LLC our business hours of operation is Monday - Friday 8:00AM- 5:500PM EST. Saturday -Sunday Closed Services are provided during these hours, before and after and clients can reach us for scheduling, inquiries, or emergencies. We are closed on all major holidays. We do not accept calls or text after business hours . We will get back to you on next business day if not may call us back during our hours of operations. . Any phone calls text or emails will be answered next following business day in order they were received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Services are provided by appointment, and cancellations or rescheduling are subject to availability. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand that weather conditions can impact our services, and we may need to cancel or reschedule due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme temperatures. In such cases, we will notify clients as soon as possible and reschedule services for a more suitable time. Clients are responsible for letting B&D Lawn Maintenance know if they need to reschedule their appointment 72 hours or sooner if not they will be 50 % charge added to your bill. B&D Lawn Maintenance always contact customers know 3 days ahead of time we be out to do services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and clients will be notified of any changes. It's the client's responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.

Client Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and protect sensitive client information. We won't share client information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, clients are responsible for moving vehicles away from the mowing area, ensuring access to areas where services will be performed, and removing personal items such as children's toys, bicycles, flower pots, outdoor furniture, decorations, garden gnomes, bird feeders, pet houses or accessories, and other obstacles or fragile items. By taking these precautions, clients can help prevent damage to property and allow our team to work efficiently.

Complaints and Disputes
We strive to resolve legitimate complaints and disputes based on our photo documentation. Clients must provide detailed information about the issue within 72 hours after service completion. 6-Month Contracts: In addition to the 3-month benefits: One free service after 6 months* Priority scheduling for emergency services (1 per term) Priority access to new services or equipment.

12-Month Contracts: All benefits from 3 and 6-month contracts Additional free services after 12 months (1 at 6 and 1 at 12) (2 total)* Additional discounts on services like seasonal cleanup or holiday lighting installation Exclusive discounts on additional services like garden bed maintenance or tree trimming (1 time per year) Exclusive access to premium services at a discounted rate.

Damage Policy
We take reasonable care to avoid damaging property. If damage occurs, please notify us within 72 hours. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve disputes efficiently and fairly. If a dispute arises, we'll work with the client to resolve the issue through negotiation. If necessary, we may use mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute.

Emergency Services
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and some companies may not be able to accommodate same-day requests. For an additional $10 fee, we offer emergency services on the same day, subject to availability. This ensures that your needs are met promptly and efficiently. Whether it's a sudden issue or a time-sensitive request, we're here to help.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Insurance Information
B & D Lawn Maintenance, LLC has liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and employees.

Liability and Damages
We take photos of properties before and after services to document condition. Clients must notify us of any property damage within 72 hours of service completion. This helps us resolve any issues promptly and fairly. We're committed to transparency and accountability in our work. As per Florida Statutes Section 768.0425, we clarify that our liability for damages caused by trees or other landscaping features is limited.

Licensing and Regulation
B & D Lawn Maintenance, LLC complies with Florida Statutes Chapter 489, which regulates the licensing and operation of contractors, including landscaping contractors. We're committed to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations governing our industry.

Mechanics' Liens
As per Florida Statutes Section 713.01-713.37, we inform clients that mechanics' liens may apply to landscaping services. We'll comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding liens and payment for services rendered.

Payment Disputes
If a client disputes a payment, please notify us in writing within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Payment Terms
Payment is due on the next scheduled service day. If no future services are scheduled, payment is due within 12 business days (Monday-Friday) after service completion. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, e-check, Cash App, Vemo PayPal and Zelle. Failure to complete payment will result in additional fees and potential cancellation of future services. A $50.00 late fee will be added after 15 business days of non-payment, There's a $50.00 one time late fee. and $10.00 per day thereafter. Payments are not paid within 90 calendar days court actions may be taken or could result reporting it to collection agency. Customers are not obligated to use any of these payment methods to pay for services they are optional. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Services
B & D Lawn Maintenance, LLC offers a range of services to meet your lawn care needs. Our services include lawn mowing, pruning, tree trimming, and pressure washing. Lawn mowing services are provided using a 54-inch Bad Boy mower and include mowing, blowing debris, edging, and weed whacking. Our prices start at $50.00 for lawn mowing, $55.00 for pruning, $75.00 for tree trimming, and $100.00 for pressure washing. Services and Scheduling
Our standard services are provided Monday through Friday. However, we can accommodate service requests on Saturdays, subject to availability. Please note that our office is closed on Saturdays - Sundays all major holidays , so scheduling and payment arrangements will need to be made in advance. We strive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients' needs and provide them with the best possible service.

Service Area
We provide services in Central Florida, specifically in Marion County, Lake County, Sumter County, and some areas of Citrus County. If you're unsure if we serve your area, please contact us to confirm.

Termination of Services
Clients can terminate services by providing written notice to B & D Lawn Maintenance, LLC. Termination of services will not affect any outstanding payments or fees due. A 30-day notice period is required for terminating services. If client fails to send us proof of written notice. We will send you one via mail or text by phone with past due balance if there is one. No signature is required.

Free estimates: All estimate are free for clients we do not do services same day as estimate Giving our employers time to get prepared for services as we may or may not have proper equipment on board. Give clients time to prepare to have there yard cleaned vehicles moved before services start. Note: if we cannot guarantee same day estimate will be scheduled within next 24 - 48 hours will be notified same day when we will arrive to discuss services.

All customers required to pay down deposit for any jobs cost over minimum of $500.00 before job can be done.

All customers who write checks will only get a invoice after payments are processed and cleared. Any checks that customer given does not clear no invoices or services will start till customer makes corrections. Extra charges may apply.

Commercial accounts: New Update

B&D lawn maintenance offers contracts for commercial accounts as of the Year 2024 we now offer commercial accounts to make payment 15 or 30 days before late fees are applied. No payment is made after what contract State we have the right to add a late fee to the account that we have the contracts with and no waivers are accepted.

Pay Ahead:

Pay head is a service that B&D lawn maintenance LLC offers to new clients and existing clients. This means that clients have the right in the ability to pay for services for the whole entire season without making weekly bi-weekly or daily payments. Client is responsible for making the full payment amount for the months of services are needed. B&D lawn maintenance LLC cannot charge for services that was already paid ahead of time.
