What to Know Before We Show

Yes we show up!

A few minutes of prep before your service day helps us do the best job and keeps our crew safe.

Wrap up water hoses. Coil them and put them away so we can mow the whole yard.
Put dogs away safely. Dogs need to be inside the house or garage, behind a closed door. We can't mow when a dog is loose, tied up, leashed, or in a fenced part of the yard.
Pick up toys, including dog chains. We'll mow around anything left out, but clear yards get a cleaner finish.
Unlock gates for mower access. We'll relock them with the same standard latch or lock when we finish.
Move vehicles off the grass. Park them in a safe place, like the driveway or street.
Move fragile decor and loose seating away from the edges. We trim as close as we safely can, but we can't move furniture.
Fire pits, trampolines, and canopies. We don't mow inside fire pit areas or underneath trampolines and canopies.
Weather. Services depend on weather conditions.
